- The FTIR Quality module can now be applied as a pipeline step in your experiment. Run the quality analysis on your FTIR spectra, mark those below your thresholds as ‘quality failed’, and they will be excluded from subsequent steps.
- In the Find Peaks process, you can choose whether to measure the peak intensity or the peak area
- The Find Peaks process now displays information about the SNR and resolution of detected peaks. You may filter the results by setting an SNR threshold to discard noisy peaks.
- Mark items as favourite. You can now mark any study or peak matrix you have access to as a favourite, providing a direct link on the home screen.
- You can directly upload new files from the folder tree list or in the “Create Study” screen, for your convenience.
- You can now export any previously uploaded file to CSV or mzML format.
